Never Fail Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put flour, salt and lard in large bowl (electric mixer). Blend well on low speed.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Gather up dough with hands.
    Wrap in waxed paper or Saran Wrap.
    Chill for easier handling.
