Carrot Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            4 Tbsp. margarine
 
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
10 carrots, peeled and chopped
5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
6 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. half and half cream
Preparation
- 
                            Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
 
Add broth, carrots, potatoes and seasonings; simmer until vegetables are cooked, about 1 hour.
Put soup through blender until smooth. Reheat before serving and add cream.
Nice with a pat of sour cream or yogurt (plain).
You would never guess it's carrot soup!
