Potato Pleasers(Great For A Crowd!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    5 or 6 large potatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown bacon, onion and bell pepper.
    Slice potatoes (I leave the skins on) in 1/4-inch slices into a buttered casserole dish. Cover with bacon mixture.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove cover.
    Add grated cheese and return to oven until melted. Top with dollops of sour cream and serve.
