Wilma'S Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1/2 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Beat egg on high for 3 minutes.
Beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. In another bowl, stir in flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice and salt.
Fold this mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
Spread into greased cookie sheet.
Spread with chopped nuts.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Put powdered sugar on kitchen towel.
Put cake on powdered towel and roll up until cool.
