Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. tart cooking apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Peel apples and cut in small pieces.
Place apples in large bowl and pour lemon juice over them, stirring to mix well.
In a small bowl mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Combine the apples and dry ingredients, mixing well.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
