Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. catfish, cut up
    14 oz. catsup
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 oz. Texas Pete
    3/4 c. fatback (in small pieces)
Preparation
    Fry fatback until brown.
    Stir in onions and cook until done. Add catsup, tomato soup, Texas Pete, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Add catfish.
    Cook about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking to bottom of pan.
