Curried Lentils And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. lentils
    pinch of salt
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    1/4 lb. spinach, chopped
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and garlic in oil until sizzling.
    Add curry and water, then lentils.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Stir in chopped raw spinach.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
