Parsley Cucumber Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pickling cukes (small)
    1/4 c. pickling salt
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 large bunch parsley or dill
Preparation
    Cut cukes into\t1/4-inch
    slices and combine with salt. Add enough cold water to cover and let stand overnight.
    Drain well.
