Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix (prepared according to directions)
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. powdered sugar
1 large bag Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/3 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
Preparation

Crush Oreos in food processor.
Cream together butter, sugar and cream cheese.
In separate bowl, mix together milk, pudding and whipped topping.
Combine the two mixtures.
Alternate layers of mixture and cookie crumbs in clean flowerpot, starting and ending with cookie crumbs.
Chill or freeze.
