Seafood Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches green onions
    2 medium bell peppers
    2 medium onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 stick margarine
    red pepper, salt and seafood seasoning to taste
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and chopped, except 3 pieces medium shrimp
    1 box crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and garlic in 1 stick of margarine. When onions are clear, add crabmeat and shrimp.
    Season to taste with red pepper, salt and seafood seasoning.
    Saute until it is cooked well.
    Pour into bowl.
    Add Ritz crackers.
    Add enough milk to mixture until moist and smooth.
    Use to stuff founder, mushrooms, etc.
