Baked Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
1 can beef bouillon soup
1 can French onion soup
1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation

Place all ingredients in casserole (allow for doubling).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes, stirring after about 15 minutes.
It should be firm, but not dry.
Serve with beef roast or other meat.
Do not add any salt.
