Casserole Hamburger Oyster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 pt. oysters (save the liquid)
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 sprigs parsley, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped very fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Fry the hamburger loosely until it is all browned, turning with a spatula during frying so that it is not broken up too much.
    Then add the drained oysters and continue frying until the outer edges curl, about 5 minutes.
    Set aside and mix the liquid from the oysters with the bread crumbs, parsley and onion.
    Season with the salt and pepper.
    Add to the browned meat and oysters, tossing lightly to mix.
    Put into a well-greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Before removing from oven, slip under the broiler for a few seconds so the top can brown.
