Butterscotch Sauce(For Sundae Or Over Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar (light)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a pot.
    Cook on medium heat until it boils hard.
    Continue boiling 5 more minutes, mixing on and off.
    Let the mixture cool.
    This sauce is excellent over cake or use for caramel sundae.
    This sauce can be kept a long time in the fridge.
