Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. bread cubes
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato puree
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter, pour over bread cubes and toss.
    Heat tomato puree with water, salt and brown sugar.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture over bread cubes and toss.
    Put in casserole dish and bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
