Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. boiling water with 1 c. rice (instant; add butter and salt)
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 (5 oz.) can Hormel ham chunks
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in dish except put 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
