Egg Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. frozen green peas
    6 eggs, scrambled and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. cooked, chopped pork or small shrimp
    1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add garlic and cook until soft.
    Stir in onions and cool for 2 minutes.
    Add rice, pork or shrimp and soy sauce.
    Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated thoroughly. Serves 6 (1 cup per serving).
