Chicken And Sausage Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole deboned, skinned chicken breasts
3 tsp. vegetable oil
1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 c. quick cooking rice
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 medium onion, cut into strips
Preparation

In skillet on high, heat oil.
Add chicken and brown, stirring quickly.
Add peppers, sausage and onion.
Saute until vegetables are limp.
Stir constantly.
Add broth.
When broth boils, add rice.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle on pepper flakes and stir in when fluffing rice.
