Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large green pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    28 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Add onion, green pepper and garlic and cook about 2 minutes to soften a bit.
