Pasta Shells Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg white and Parmesan cheese until blended.
    Fill each cooked shell with spinach mixture.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells. Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
