Yogurt Dressing(Salt-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unflavored low-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. crushed dry tarragon
2 Tbsp. fresh ground parsley
1 tsp. salt-free Dijon mustard
Preparation

Put yogurt into small bowl.
Add vinegar, garlic, tarragon, parsley, black pepper to taste and the mustard.
Mix well and pour over salad.
