Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    slices of bread
    12 eggs (milk for scrambled eggs)
    grated cheese
    green pepper
    onion
    mushrooms
    sausage
    bacon
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of oregano
    salt
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    8 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. sage
    6 medium size hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Combine sausage and sage.
    Salt outside of hard-boiled eggs. Using 2 tablespoons of sausage per egg, wrap eggs.
    Chill to allow sausage to set.
    Fry in Wesson oil.
    Drain well.
    Eggs may be halved and passed at brunch as an appetizer.
