Meatballs To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. ground beef
    8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper and nutmeg
    4 c. cracker crumbs
    4 c. milk
    16 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix lightly until blended.
    Shape into small balls; a cantaloup baller works good.
    Place on baking sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or less, until they are firm.
    Pack in jars and add juice mixture.
