Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. confectioners sugar
1 large bag coconut (8 oz.)
1/2 c. mashed potato
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preparation

Mix sugar, coconut and potato by hand.
Press into square 8 x 8-inch pan.
Spread chocolate over top.
Allow chocolate to dry. Cut into small squares.
