Brother Bruce'S Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can \"crushed\" tomatoes or tomato \"puree\"
1/2 large onion, chopped
mushrooms
ground beef or chicken or lentils
2 Hershey's Kisses or 2 Andes mints, etc.
garlic
pepper
2 shakes crushed red pepper
1 small shake ground clove
dried basil (lots)
salt
cooking wine
olive oil

Preparation

Brown the meat, onions, mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil. Add the tomato.
Add the wine, spices and chocolate to taste.
