Gefulltefisch(Stuffed Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets plaice
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    6 oz. grated cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. each: chopped parsley or chives
    pinch of each: thyme, marjoram and rosemary
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Put butter in small saucepan and fry onion until golden brown. Add herbs, half the parsley, grated cheese, crumbled bread, paprika, egg, salt and pepper.
    Season the fillets, cover half with mixture and fold over.
    Arrange in a casserole and sprinkle with rest of filling.
    Put a few slices of lemon on each fillet, cover with lid and bake at gas mark 4 (350\u00b0) for 10 minutes; then arrange tomatoes round fish and bake for a further 10 minutes. Replace used lemon slices with fresh before serving and decorate with rest of parsley or chives.
