Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    10 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.
    Fold in bread cubes.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
