Mom'S Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 slices bread
    2 tsp. wet mustard
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 egg or 1/4 c. egg beater
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    3 drops hot sauce
    Fresh parsley
    Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Trim and cube the bread, mix with crabmeat.
    Add all other items.
    Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
    Brown in skillet and cook 20 minutes until done.
