Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 junior size carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. oil (Mazola or Wesson)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend eggs and sugar.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    By hand, blend well.
    Measure and sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add vanilla and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 50 or 55 minutes or until cake springs back.
