Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sauce (spaghetti)
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook
spaghetti;
stir in butter, egg and Parmesan.
In buttered pie plate, form spaghetti mixture into a crust shape. Add Ricotta,\tthen
sausage.\tCover
with
sauce.
Top
with Mozzarella cheese.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
