Coconut Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. real butter
    4 heaping Tbsp. white sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add dry ingredients and coconut.
    Make into a roll.
    Chill very well.
    Slice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
