Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust, unbaked
    3 to 4 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced into pie shell
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg (to taste)
Preparation
    Mix together cream, flour, sugar, eggs and nutmeg.
    Pour over peaches in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 1/2 to 3/4 hour longer.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate.
