Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 strips bacon, diced and fried golden brown
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. butter
    diced onions (if desired)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 9-inch square pan.
    Layer 1 layer of sliced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1/3 of fried bacon, 1/2 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon butter (placed as 4 small dots) and diced onions (if desired).
    Make 2 more layers. Heat up milk (at least enough so when poured over potatoes it comes to the top of them).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in oven or 20 to 30 minutes in microwave.
    If using microwave, cover with wax paper.
    May top with cheese.
