Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Into flour put soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix together salad oil, eggs and sugar; add flour and then grated carrots.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool 15 minutes before dumping.
Fill pan 1/2 full.
