Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen cod or halibut fillets
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
4 to 6 onion slices
4 to 6 tomato slices
1/4 c. corn flakes, crumbled
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut fish into 4 to 6 portions, and put into shallow buttered casserole dish. Mix the next 6 ingredients and pour over fish. Let stand until fish is thawed. When ready to bake, top each piece of fish with 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice. Sprinkle over top, a mixture of corn flake crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is a golden brown. Serve with sauce from pan.
