Seaside Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. imitation crab
2 c. uncooked seashell pasta
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced red onion
2 tsp. diced parsley
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook pasta without salt and drain and cool.
Toss shredded crab, pepper, onion and parsley together and set aside.
Combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Pour soy sauce mixture over crab mixture.
Gently toss together.
Chill 2 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Toss again just before serving.
