Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion Lipton soup mix
    1 whole chicken
    1 can water
    Creole seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup and 1 can water.
    Add uncooked rice.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place uncooked chicken seasoned with Creole seasoning.
    Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
