Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. buttermilk
2 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar.
Mix all ingredients together with spoon.
May use all at one or keep half in refrigerator for use later.
Use only enough flour to handle well. Roll and cut biscuits.
Bake until brown.
12 minutes.
400\u00b0. Not necessary to let rise.
Place on a greased pan.
Brush with oil.
