No Fail Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.
Cook until thick.
Set aside to cool.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Continue beating while pouring in the cooked mixture and beat for five minutes. Pour on top of pie and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until slightly browned.
