Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash (4 medium)
    1 small diced onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    grated cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain if necessary.
    Mash squash.
    Add other ingredients.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Cover with grated cheese and bread crumbs if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
