Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 lb. very fresh tofu
1 c. honey
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. instant nonfat milk powder
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour the blended ingredients into a 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Chill thoroughly.
