Ingredients

1 envelope Knox gelatine
1 qt. half and half cream
pinch of salt
2% milk
1/2 c. cold water
1 can Milnot
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Add sugar, vanilla, salt and cream to eggs.
Beat until well mixed.
Add milk (fill with).
Ready to put into ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
