Cheesy Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. milk
    4 to 5 peeled and sliced tomatoes
    1/2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 c. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix milk and Bisquick together well in Pyrex pie dish and form into a pie crust.
    Add remaining ingredients in layers in order listed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes and allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4.
