Hamburger Rice Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can chicken rice soup plus 2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven, add can of chow mein noodles and bake for another 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (This will seem like a lot of water, but as the rice cooks, it will thicken.)
    Makes 8 servings.
