Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium pork chops
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
3 c. boiling water
6 bouillon cubes
1 c. raw rice
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. cominos
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tomato, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides.
Slice onion, saving center slices and chop the remaining onion.
Remove chops from pan.
Add water and bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
Add rice, onion, salt and spices.
Place chops on top with slice of tomato, bell pepper and onion on top of each chop.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
