Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup rice uncooked
1/2 head, medium size cabbage, shredded
10 oz. can tomato soup
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 can water
Preparation

Brown meat with onion, remove from heat and drain fat.
Add rice to meat mixture, and mix.
Place cabbage in bottom of 2 quart casserole, buttered.
Spread meat and rice over cabbage.
Blend soup, water, catsup and pour over meat and rice layer.
