Sugar-Free Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. thin sliced squash
    4 medium onions, sliced
    4 medium bell peppers, sliced
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    20 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cover vegetables with crushed ice; let stand for 3 hours.
    Mix well and drain.
    Bring vinegar and spices to boil.
    Add vegetables; bring to boil.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
