Tuscon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag corn chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
3 c. cooked chopped chicken (1-inch pieces)
3/4 c. milk
2 to 3 cups shredded Mozzarella or Mozzarella mix cheese
Preparation

Grease or Pam spray one 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Crush chips to cover bottom of pan.
Sprinkle chicken over chips.
Mix soups, salsa, chiles and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Crush another layer of chips.
Sprinkle cheese over chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8. Good with salad and rolls or French bread loaf.
