Seasoned Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch (about 5 lb.) collard greens
2 qt. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 lb. salt pork
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Check leaves of collards and remove \"pulpy\" stems and discolored portions of the leaves.
Wash leaves carefully and drain well.
Chop.
Set aside.
