Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green pepper, cut in small pieces
10 eggs
2 c. milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Cook and crumble sausage. Layer in order in 13 x 9 glass dish: hash browns with salt added, sausage, cheese, peppers. Beat eggs with milk and pour over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
