Hollandaise Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add cream, salt, nutmeg, lemon juice and parsley (if desired).
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Take off fire and stir in butter.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 2.
